Wyoming Wagon Adventures will be tracking the adventures of Mike, Sheila, Blue, Amber, Suzie and Jane. In April of 2010, they will harness their team to a Sheep Wagon and begin their journey to Skagway Alaska. This trip is to determine camping areas, supply, and repair facilities.

Once this trip is complete, they will start making preparations to make another journey. But this time they hope to host others on a journey to Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

So visit often to get a current update of where they are at on the trip. A diary will be added to this site so that everybody can enjoy what they are seeing and experiencing. Pictures will be added to the diary as often as they have modem signal. The excursion will be going from Ranchester Wyoming, up the Alaskan Highway, to end in Skagway Alaska.

We’ve finally come up with a cause.   This trip will be dedicated to Veterans.   We’re going to try and raise money for wheelchairs and walkers for the local VA.   They have a budget that furnishes wheelchairs and such, but it takes time.   Some of those folks have to wait 8 or 9 months to get a wheelchair.   That’s just not right and it’s a real inconvenience to our vets and their care givers.   Let’s see what we can do for them.
