Mike and Sheila will be making a trip to Scagway Alaska starting in April of 2010.   This is to map out the trip so that in future years, others can enjoy the trip to Alaska.    Mike and Sheila will be making the run with a set of 7 year old Percheron -Paint- mares, Suzie and Jane.   The team will be pulling a Sheep Wagon.  Following the sheep wagon will be Blue and Amber.    All supplies will be purchased in route as well as locating campsites, water, feed, and fun things to do.

Mike and Sheila live in Ranchester Wyoming where they work rebuilding wagons, surreys, sleds and sleighs.   And, of course, one sheep wagon.

As they make the trip a daily diary will be added to this site. (As long as they have modem signal).   Pictures of the trip will be added as they progress.    So come back often and see what their progress is.  They have been planning this trip for over 10 years.

Next year, Mike and Sheila would love to host a trip from Ranchester Wyoming to Calgary,  Alberta, Canada to coincide with the Calgary Stampede.  If you think you would be interested in such a trip, please contact us now so we can make plans and share details.
